These Terms govern your use of the DMpro browser extension, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DMpro is operated by the team behind the DMpro extension and dashboard at dmpro.app. Any reference to "we", "us", or "our" refers to DMpro.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and the published terms of the platforms you interact with (including Instagram and TikTok). You will not:
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time credit purchase. Pricing is shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the prompts, recipient lists, messages, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users.
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, payment processors, etc.). We are not affiliated with those platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
AI apps you connect (AI Assist, MCP). You may connect AI apps of your choice (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to your account. A connected app acts for you, within the access you granted, and what it does in DMpro counts as your use of the Service under these Terms. Changes that reach other people or spend credits ask for your confirmation first, and you can review, undo, pause or disconnect AI apps at any time in AI Assist (MCP). AI apps can never make payments, change your plan or billing, or change your sign-in. The AI app's provider, not DMpro, is responsible for that app and for what it does with the data it receives.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice in the case of serious abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DMpro is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will increment the version number and notify you in-product or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
